Traditional Muay Thai Kickboxing Classes
At Arashi-Do, we teach traditional Muay Thai Kickboxing, which comes from Thailand. Learn to use your knees, elbows, punches and kicks by working on pads and with partners. Most people want to train for fun but if you want to challenge yourself in the ring we will get you ready. You will build strong offensive and defensive skills as as you work your way through our structured curriculum. Our program is perfect for students who are in great shape and for students who are just starting to get fit.
Lom Pa Yu is the Muay Thai Kickboxing branch of Arashi-Do Martial Arts. We are affiliated with Lamai Camp in Koh Samui in Thailand and with the World Muay Thai Council. Our instructors train in Thailand every year and we encourage our students to join us.

Discover The Benefits Of Muay Thai Classes With Arashi-Do
Muay Thai Kickboxing is great exercise and will challenge you both physically and mentally. Your cardio will improve, your strength will improve and you will push yourself to develop greater physical endurance. Even if you are not training to fight in the ring, you will train like a fighter. Putting on boxing gloves and hitting pads as hard as you can is one of the most satisfying ways to get in shape.
If you are interested in competition, we run several club tournaments a year and we go to open tournaments. If you want to go to the next level and take a ring fight, we will help you make it happen.
Our Muay Thai class is very friendly; when you join Arashi-Do you become part of our family. When you train together and spar together, you become part of the Lom Pa Yu team
